I did the surgery back in September 2019. Just want to share the whole process of it since watching other people's videos kept me calm and feeling safer. Let me know if you have any questions.
To sum everything up my surgery went very well, I look super natural I'm told. The nose area almost never hurt at all except for when they took the cotton out on the 3rd day and it was super painful. The rib hurt a lot for the first 2 days then it quickly got not so bad, took me a week till I feel like I can run again and a month till i can do pull ups again. Took a month for me to look very natural but swelling is only really completely gone after around 3 months.
